Allow me to introduce myself.

This is me. My name is Jodi, and I am 22 years young.

I fall in love day after day with the most virtuous, courageous, intelligent, compassionate man the world had to offer. He stole my heart in 2007; I stole his last name in 2010.

 In Fall of 2012 we became parents of a vivacious little ball of chubby cheeks and gummy smiles. He is Nehemiah, and he fills my days with life and joy and purpose. 

We also have a Great Dane. His name is Liam. He wreaks much havoc on furniture and unattended food and our grey cat Luna. 

She's a good sport about it.

I am a lover of Jesus and writing and exploring. I am a coffee enthusiast and a shameless singer and a closet foodie. 

I like to write about all things life and learning and love. Feel free to read my take on the sometimes tragic, sometimes funny, and sometimes mundane ups and downs of mommyhood, wifehood (is that a thing?), and being a young lady navigating the world I live in.
